MEET THE FIAL INSURANCE TEAM

  Jason- began his career in the insurance industry in 2003 and has since become a trusted expert in both insurance and wealth management. He holds property and casualty, life, health, and long-term care licenses with the state of Arizona, as well as Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations for his wealth management practice.

Jason is deeply passionate about insurance planning and believes it is one of the most overlooked professional services today. Over time, insurance has often been commoditized rather than customized, but Jason understands the importance of a personalized approach. He believes that the right, tailored insurance plan can help protect everything a person has worked so hard to accumulate over their lifetime. Without proper insurance, one unexpected event could cause significant financial harm. As Jason puts it, “Our goal is to ensure that each client’s insurance plan is designed so that one accident won’t wipe out years of savings.”

On a personal note, Jason and his family—his wife and four sons—live in Phoenix. He graduated from Arizona State University in 2003, and when he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to his community.

  Sheila -  I’ve been a dedicated part of the Jason FIAL Insurance Agency since January 2014 and am a licensed producer in the state of Arizona. Over the past 11 years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with our clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. As we navigate an ever-changing environment, it’s more important than ever to partner with an agency that truly understands your situation and tailors a customized approach to meet those needs.

I graduated from MBTI in Milwaukee, WI, and although it’s been a while since my graduation, the foundation I gained there has shaped my approach to serving clients with integrity and commitment.

On a personal note, I have a son and his family who reside in Wisconsin. When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, quilting, remodeling my off-grid home, and traveling to Wisconsin for vacations. These personal interests allow me to recharge and stay grounded while continuing to serve my clients with passion and dedication.

Ed-  With over 25 years of combined experience in the Insurance and Mortgage industries, I have developed a deep understanding of both fields and a passion for helping clients secure the protection they need. My career began in 1999 in Huntington Beach, CA, where I entered the insurance world and quickly realized my dedication to guiding people through the process of safeguarding what matters most.

I graduated from London University with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. This education has provided me with a strong foundation to better serve my clients by ensuring they are informed and well-supported in making the best choices for their insurance and mortgage needs.

Outside of my professional life, I have been passionate about soccer since my childhood. I played in national leagues in England and have earned numerous national medals throughout my career. I truly believe in the importance of insurance and am driven by a genuine desire to help individuals and families protect their futures.
